Job Description

Assist in planning, coordination , and execution of corporate events from concept to completion. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, and technical requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure events align with business objectives and brand standards. Follow detailed event documentation procedure and reporting. You will be working both on campus as well as off campus (internal and external events) and reporting between two office locations in Bangalore

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-3 years event planning experience, preferably in corporate environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
  • Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite
  • Budget management experience

Key Skills: Event planning, vendor negotiation, project coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving, timeline management, stakeholder communication.

Reports to: Marketing Manager/Events Manager
