For experience:
Candidates having previous experience in Co-working community/commercial real estate / coworking / enterprise selling / Independent Property Consultant shall be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Revenue Generation (Core Mandate)
Production & Media Sales: Pitch The Circle.Work as a premium venue for ad films, web series, interviews, and brand shoots. Engage with Location Managers, Line Producers, and Production Houses.
MICE & Corporate Events: Drive bookings for the amphitheater and meeting suites for townhalls, board meetings, workshops, and product launches.
Outbound Sales: Execute cold outreach, LinkedIn lead generation, and agency networking; focus on proactive business hunting beyond inbound leads.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
Agency Relations: Build strong relationships with event agencies, PR firms, and social planners looking for boutique venues.
Aggregator Management: Oversee listings, pricing, and visibility on venue-booking platforms.
3. Event Operations & Client Success
End-to-End Execution: Manage the full client journey from recce and negotiation to final payments.
Coordination: Serve as the single POC during events/shoots. Coordinate with Community/Operations/IT for guest management, AV, Wi-Fi, and F&B support.
Member Harmony: Ensure external events run smoothly without disrupting the coworking member experience.
4. Commercials & Reporting
Yield Management: Optimize pricing based on demand, seasonality, and client type to maximize revenue per sq. ft.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a strong sales pipeline with weekly updates on inquiries, conversions, and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
35 years in Events Sales, Hotel Banquet Sales, or Location Management.
Strong network with Production Houses, Location Scouts, or Event Agencies (preferred).
Ability to sell the experience and design of a space, not just the square footage.
Good negotiation and commercial skills, including up-selling (F&B, add-ons, etc.).
Comfortable working with last-minute requirements and the fast pace of media shoots.
Proactive mindset with a focus on converting available spaces into revenue opportunities.
Well-presented, articulate, and confident when interacting with brand managers and senior stakeholders.
