Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our India Sales team at Mercer. This role will be based in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Manager– Enterprise Sales

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the business in enterprise sales and the achievement of the revenue targets for assigned territory. The role also includes relationship management with the new & existing client to ensure future association. The candidate should have experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling Assessments / HR Tech Solutions.

  • Responsible for achievement of revenue targets for assigned territory – Bengaluru
  • Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets
  • Acquiring Net New clients for Enterprise Business
  • Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all Base Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth
  • Updating Sales Efforts in CRM and assist in preparation of daily reports and MIS
  • Should have experience in SAAS based or cloud-based selling Assessments / HR Tech Solutions

What you need to have:

  • MBA/PGDM (Engineering candidates in UG preferred)
  • Experience in Selling to Corporate/Enterprise Accounts for a minimum of 4+ years.
  • Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR
