The Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant will own the following responsibilities:
- Acts as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM) HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or Payroll
- Leads all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-Live
- Conduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, documents, & validates client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality and customize the Dayforce solution accordingly.
- Configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules.
- Provides internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.
- Implements Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices.
- Working Environment: Hybrid
- Trains client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.
- Manages multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.
- Identifies best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian.
- Completes new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce.
- Other duties as required.
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST and 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders.
- Manages project workstreams as directed.
- Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants.
Education
- B.Tech/ MCA/ MBA IT from an accredited university, required;
Experience
- Six (6) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. required
- Five (5) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required.
- Four (4) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required.
- Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred.
- Prior work experience working with US based clients, required.
- Client facing consulting experience, preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)
- Ceridian Dayforce certification, preferred.
