Job Description

  • Understand and analyze client requirements (job understanding, competency mapping).
  • Manage and execute client requirements for small to medium-sized accounts.
  • Full ownership from understanding client needs to delivering the end product.
  • Manage the desired technical behavior of the platform related to psychometric assessments.
  • Work on the required content for reporting (e.g., BARS, descriptors, and other relevant documentation).
  • Ensure all content is developed according to market requirements for simulation-based behavioral tools.
  • Track content availability.
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the creation of new content as needed.
  • Ensure that client requirements are properly understood by the team and delivered as per expectations.
  • Liaise with other teams (sales, consulting, delivery, operations, tech) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage team output, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met.
