Oversee and support the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydroelectric equipment such as turbines, generators, control systems, and switchgear
Ensure all electromechanical systems are installed and operated according to design specifications and safety standards.
Team Coordination & Leadership
Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in project execution
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Compliance & Safety Management
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across all electromechanical activities
Maintain documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Project Support & Reporting
Assist in planning and execution of project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
Prepare technical reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
BE/B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering on regular basis.
6+ years of in electromechanical works in Hydro/PSP.
