You'll Be Responsible For
- Collaborate within project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support MEP design analysis and completion, applying engineering expertise and Mace's management processes.
- Assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers, accountable for programme, safety, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning, driving proactive solutions.
- Champion innovation by supporting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication.
- Embed sustainability by managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace's net zero transition.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
