This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Ecommerce, located in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager Ecommerce will oversee e-commerce operations, analyze performance metrics, and execute strategies to optimize online sales. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences, strategize marketing campaigns, and manage day-to-day e-commerce functions. The role involves maintaining smooth workflow and timely achievement of sales and operational goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess e-commerce performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in Sales and E-commerce operations to manage and optimize online retail platforms.
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies and expertise in implementing e-commerce campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business requirements.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail or fashion industries is advantageous.
