PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager - Earned Media with 4-6 years of experience. The role involves executing and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, enhance search rankings, and drive measurable results for clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on SEO expertise, and the ability to manage projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving and enhancing organic traffic for client websites while ensuring defined SEO goals are achieved.

• Use SEO tools such as Advanced Web Ranking, SEMrush, Moz, etc. to identify, analyze, and resolve technical SEO issues.

• Conduct and manage keyword research to optimize existing content and identify new growth opportunities.

• Support and manage the development and execution of content strategies aligned with SEO goals.

• Manage the implementation of internal and external link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.

• Monitor and administer web analytics and performance metrics to track SEO effectiveness.

• Communicate project progress, timelines, and performance results with internal teams and clients.

• Experience managing clients from GCC and other international markets will be an added advantage.

Must Have

• 4-6 years of experience in SEO / Earned Media / Organic Marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

• Good understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.

• Experience in keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and search engine algorithms is preferred.
