Role Summary
The Assistant Manager Domestic Marketing (API's) will be responsible for driving API sales in the Indian pharmaceutical market by managing customer relationships, generating business opportunities, executing pricing strategies, and ensuring end-to-end order fulfilment. The role requires strong market understanding, commercial acumen, and coordination with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Customers Support to with regard to Enquires, Offers, Sample, Processing Sales orders and receivable management.
Develop New Sales opportunities with guidance from managers for organization. This work will include web search, contacting via emails, Telephone & Networking. Once contact is established, take part in customer visits etc.
Arranging price quotations to the customer, with lead-time and payment terms.
Dispatch assessment and coordinate with logistics team.
Interact with other teams like R&D, RA, QA, QC, Accounts &Logistics.
Estimating and validating monthly sales and dispatch plans for augmenting business volumes and revenue.
Reviewing and analyzing periodical data for estimating assigned market performance against projections.
Credit management and credit risk assessment of both existing and new customers as per the agreeable credit terms. Competition and market conditions` assessment.
Understanding and working knowledge of regulations, logistics and taxation challenges.
Willingness to travel domestic and international for customer meetings.
Getting update on API Supply lead-time, evaluating supply commitments.
