Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Route & Vehicle Planning

  • Execute effective route planning for store and customer deliveries.
  • Plan vehicles in a cost-effective manner and ensure optimum utilization.

Outbound & Delivery Operations

  • Ensure on-time deliveries to stores and customers.
  • Follow up on delayed deliveries and take corrective actions.
  • Track drivers on ground to monitor delivery status.
  • Coordinate with outbound teams to arrange quick pickups.

POD & Performance Management

  • Ensure proper Proof of Delivery (POD) management and documentation.
  • Circulate and monitor delivery performance through MIS reports.

Peak Load & Contingency Planning

  • Arrange backup plans during promotional seasons to manage higher delivery volumes.
  • Ensure earliest possible delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
