Job Title: Partner Support & Operations Manager South Region


Designation- Assistant Manager


Location: Bangalore


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 3-4 years of experience in operations, sales support, or insurance coordination Life Insurance industry


Preferred Age Group: 28-35 years considering this is an early-career, execution-heavy operations role with potential for growth



Job Overview:


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Partner Support & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end partner coordination for operational processes for our partners in the South region. The role will require good communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure seamless policy issuance and partner servicing.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Excel Reporting & Data Analysis



  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on issuance, pendency, closures, and refunds.

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using data

  • Share daily Excel-based reports with partners.



  1. Partner Coordination & Daily Cadence Management



  • Drive partners towards closures through regular follow-ups.

  • Collect and track pending documents required for policy issuance.



  1. Extended Call Centre Support



  • Connect with customers (when required) to resolve pending issues or documentation gaps.

  • Provide support to the call centre for escalated cases.



  1. Policy Issuance Management



  • Understand and interpret underwriting guidelines to push borderline cases for issuance with internal Ops and Underwriting teams

  • Assist in resolving issuance and policy-related bottlenecks




  1. Operational Support



  • Upload and validate documents in internal systems.

  • Address partner queries related to products, policy issuance, and customer issues.



Key Skills & Requirements:



  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, etc.)

  • Good understanding of insurance operations and underwriting processes

  • Good communication and coordination skills (spoken and written)

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions

  • High attention to detail and ownership

  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment



Working Days: Weekdays & 1st, 3rd, 4th Saturday


Off Days* - 2nd Saturdays & Sundays.


*The candidate may be required to work on adhoc basis depending on workload and urgent deliverables.
