Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives, focusing on ROI and customer acquisition for B2B and B2C
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic platforms, finance related websites and affiliate channels, ensuring efficient spend and high returns.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs, LMS, other Martech tools) to track and analyze campaign performance, generating insights that inform optimization strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market, audience, and competitive research to identify high-impact opportunities and emerging trends across digital platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaign targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to improve key performance indicators such as CPAO, ROAS, and LTV.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing performance focused campaigns using analytics tools, MMP, LSM etc and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, and data teams to ensure campaign alignment, seamless execution, and messaging consistency across channels.
- Own performance reporting with clear dashboards and regular updates on campaign performance, budget utilization, and actionable insights.
- Optimize website and app funnels, landing pages, and CTAs for better conversion rate and user journey performance.
- Manage and coordinate with external performance agencies or platform partners, ensuring delivery on campaign goals and KPIs.
