Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation
• Manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels – email, social media, Google, Facebook, and display ads
• Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using data and analytics tools
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver impactful digital user experiences
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (correction from 24 years)
• Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and mobile app campaigns
• Strong background in user acquisition, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data effectively
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Data Studio or Tableau is a strong plus
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM and attribution tools like Appsflyer
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused
