Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support start‑up projects by ensuring adherence toPreGo‑Live Quality Checklists.

• Deliver Quality‑related training programs to site teams.

• Review Self-Assessments and manage CAPA actions, ensuringtimelyclosure of pending CAPAs.

• Provide support and coordination during external and customer audits.

• Monitor Service Quality Metrics, conduct investigations, and drive corrective actions.

• Oversee regulatory and trade compliance requirements, including monitoring completion of mandatory online trainings.

• Assist Country Leadership in ensuring QRA compliance across assigned sites.

• Support Trade Compliance and Customs Operations initiatives for designated locations

Experience:

• Operational experience of the Supply Chain or similar process industry (egManufacturing, activity involving shopfloor labour processes)
• 3-5 years of management/supervisory responsibility
• Experience in leading non-specialists in technical and regulatory applications

Skills and Competencies:

• Credible with Operations staff in Gemba and Coaching activity

• Experience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles andmethodology

• Experience conducting/leading successful acquisition of certifications and accreditations (e.g.ISO) in organization andsubsequentmanagement of a quality system

• Functionalexpertisein other areas such as project work, development, change management etc. is preferred
