Job Description

The Incumbent would be supporting growing business operations of Honeywell India from a Trade Compliance Perspective. Good Domain knowledge in Export and Import Customs Operations /Compliance matters like HS/HTS Classification, Duty Drawback, Free trade Agreement, Obtaining Incentives on Exports. Looking for Analytical minds to solve complex business transaction within the purview of Legal regulations.

The Incumbent should have good oral and written Communication skills and interpersonal skills as he/she must interact with Business leaders and Functional leaders and provide Trade Compliance guidance and support Business operations with required Compliances.

Responsibilities

  • Should be able to understand all the compliance requirements for EOU / SEZ and DTA
    • Job-Work Permission and its compliances.
      • Scrap Approval and related compliance
      • Inter Unit Transfers
    • Submission of Statutory Report related to EOU & SEZ
    • Record Retention on all the compliances.
    • Preparation of Application and Obtaining AEO Status
    • Renewal of RCMC's, updating of IEC, get Status Holder Certificates.
    • Obtain Duty Draw Back and its compliances.
    • Update MIS as per management requirements
    • Good knowledge of re-export shipment procedure
    • Application to obtain GRW/NRC from bank and closure of GRW which was obtain from bank
    • Knowledge on Trade Sanctions and adhere to the regulations.
    • Support in Internal Audits and External (From Government offices) Trade Compliance.
    • Asset Management Skills for the Export Incentive programs.
  • Good Knowledge on Free trade agreements to review the applicability and support business with the FTA.
  • Obtain AEO Certification and support Audit.
  • Review and have SOP's updated to ensure Trade Compliance regulations are captured and can be used as ready reckoner.
  • Support Post Clearance Customs audit for the Site and ensure all documents are reviewed and Submitted on time.
  • Knowledge of ERP or SAP preferred. Good Analytical skills with flair for Digitization and MIS reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI etc.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Degree with International Trade or any certification on logistics or law preferred ..

Years Of Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 Years.
