Mandate 2: Employees will have the freedom to work remotely all through the year. These employees, who form a large majority, will come together in their base location for a week, once every quarter.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, marketing and communications
- 5+ years of experience as a designer
- 2+ years of experience in managing a design teams
Graphic Designer at a creative agency or an in-house team or self-initiated projects with a strong portfolio
- Experience working on mobile platforms/Apps.
- A solid understanding of design, copy and in-App/off-App practices.
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of graphic software.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD or Figma)
- Assertive, proactive, empathetic and forward-looking
- Super energetic positive attitude, strong sense of humor and a hearty appetite for growth
- Keen to follow latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design with an excellent eye for typography and layout
- Ui/Ux experience is a plus
