Role & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Execute the organization's sales strategy for products, solutions, and services.
- Develop and implement the Annual Business Plan (ABP) aligned with business goals.
- Drive performance strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring sustainable growth and healthy contributory margins.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, credible relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Communicate product value effectively to key decision-makers.
Sales & Marketing Initiatives
- Introduce innovative products and solutions to the market.
- Engage with key stakeholders to promote value propositions and address market needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador to drive market awareness and positioning.
Market Intelligence & Research
- Monitor customer buying behavior, market demand, and government policies.
- Conduct market research, generate insights, and present findings to support decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and advocate for regulatory approvals where required.
Proposal & Bid Management
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and participate in tenders/bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely proposal submissions.
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
- Manage pre-sales discussions, technical-commercial clarifications, and negotiations.
- Execute strategic actions to close deals and win business opportunities.
Industry Representation
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the organization at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences in collaboration with the Sales Head.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Track and follow up on leads, enquiries, and conversion pipeline.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation of all sales activities.
