Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Lubricant Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role requires solid technical understanding of lubricants, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage key accounts independently

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for lubricants.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as manufacturing,

engineering, steel, automotive, cement, and mining.

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to strengthen company's position in the market.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Handle pricing, quotations, and negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

  • Provide technical recommendations based on lubrication and equipment requirements.
  • Conduct lubrication audits, troubleshoot product-related issues, and support product

trials.

  • Stay informed about product specifications, industry applications, and competitor

offerings.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and technical teams for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Represent company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lubricant sales (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of lubricants, tribology, and equipment applications.
  • Proven track record in technical sales and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
