Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - ARC/BSP

Key Deliverables:

• Manage ARC/BSP reconciliation and settlement for airline and agency transactions
• Supervise fulfillment, queue management, and ticketing operations within SLA timelines
• Ensure compliance with IATA guidelines and prepare reports for audits and management
• Lead training programs to enhance back-office travel operations capabilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee TMC back-end operations, monitoring workflows and resolving discrepancies
• Act as SME for GDS platforms, supporting accurate travel processing
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to track payment cycles and resolve issues
• Generate MIS and analytical reports for operational and compliance review
