Your work profile

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in the BPS Tax team, the candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong working relationships with internal teams and clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising a team of executives involved in maintaining books of accounts using accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or Zohobooks
• Independently managing clients and developing strong business relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives for assigned clients
• Preparing financial statements and audit schedules in accordance with India GAAP/Ind AS
• Liaising with auditors, banks, and clients
• Preparing and e-filing GST and TDS returns
• Managing payroll processing, identifying efficiencies, and implementing relevant controls
• Preparing monthly MIS reports and handling reconciliations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (C.A.)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Capability to meet tight deadlines
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong team player
• Good understanding of modern office practices and procedures
