About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Cybersecurity team, specifically in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on Saviynt solutions. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Saviynt to secure digital identities and ensure compliance across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to deploy IAM frameworks, manage user access controls, and contribute to the development of identity security policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Saviynt Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, development, and configuration of Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. Customize workflows, policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC) to align with the organization's security and compliance requirements.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, ensuring that users are provisioned, de-provisioned, and granted the correct permissions throughout their lifecycle.
- Access Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of access policies to control user access to sensitive systems and data, leveraging Saviynt for role mining, policy enforcement, and access reviews.
- Integration with Other Systems: Integrate Saviynt with other IT and security systems, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications, to ensure seamless identity management across platforms.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that IAM solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001, by enforcing strong identity security and access governance policies.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor identity access control policies and user activities, identifying and addressing any security gaps or issues. Generate and analyze reports for audits, compliance reviews, and security incidents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure that IAM strategies are well-defined and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Saviynt usage and IAM best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to identity management systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on experience implementing Saviynt or similar IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity).
- Saviynt Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience working with Saviynt Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA), including role-based access control (RBAC), workflow design, and policy enforcement.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in integrating Saviynt with systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Cloud platforms, and various enterprise applications. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Security Knowledge: Understanding of IAM security concepts, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and audit/compliance frameworks.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to diagnose complex IAM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to enhance security and operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and present complex IAM concepts in simple terms.
- Certifications: Certifications in IAM or cybersecurity (e.g., Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CISSP, CISA) are preferred.
Education:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
