Role Overview
Billcut is seeking a high-impact professional to manage end-to-end recovery operations, strategic partner onboarding, and business growth. This hybrid role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to coordinate across internal and external teams, and expertise in managing high-value recovery portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Onboarding:
Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new business partners.
Set up operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation for new partnerships.
Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders and act as the primary operational point of contact.
Recovery Operations:
Lead and monitor the full recovery lifecycle for customer accounts.
Develop improved recovery strategies, follow-ups, and escalation frameworks.
Coordinate with teams for settlements, notices, or arbitration when needed.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance insights for leadership.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process automation initiatives.
Skills & Experience
3-6 years of experience in recovery/collections.
Knowledge of legal recovery processes, settlements, and compliance frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in recovery operations or managing delinquent portfolios.
Experience in payment recovery, lending, fintech operations, or partner onboarding roles.
