Looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Support Executive to assist the Group Business team in managing operations, documentation, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of life insurance products, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle backend support activities efficiently.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Group Business team
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth processing of group insurance proposals
Assist in preparing proposal documents, quotations, and other client-related documentation
Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders for any pending requirements or clarifications
Support in policy issuance, endorsements, and data validation
Maintain and update MIS reports and trackers as required
Help ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Good team player with a problem-solving attitude
