Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive the sale of Yakult within hospital meal programs and canteens. You will be responsible for implementing strategies to encourage doctors and nutritionists to recommend the product, following up for feedback, and organizing educational events. This role requires someone with medical sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Strategy: Drive the sale of Yakult within hospital meal programs and canteens. Implement strategies to influence doctors and nutritionists to recommend the product to their patients.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with doctors and nutritionists to gather their feedback on the product.
  • Event Management: Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) in hospitals with healthcare professionals, arranging for experts to make presentations on probiotics, Yakult, and its benefits.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly sales targets for Yakult in hospitals and pharmacies.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements.

Skills Required:

  • Should have medical sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with a team, punctual, polite, responsible, and sincere.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • A 2-wheeler license is necessary; a 4-wheeler license is highly favorable.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
