Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data-DB Architect - Agentic AI
In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
.Design Data Model: Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive data models that support AI applications. Ensure models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
.Data Warehouse Design: Support the architecture and implementation of robust data warehouses to store and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Optimize for performance and scalability.
.Data Flows: Help design and manage efficient data flows across systems to ensure seamless integration and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes.
.Security: Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
.Team Collaboration: Work closely with data architects and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
.Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic plans for data architecture aligned with Agentic AI%27s goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in data management practices.
.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in data architecture.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Proficiency in designing data models, data warehouses, and managing data flows.
.Strong understanding of data security principles and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Experience with cloud computing platforms and gen AI technologies.
.Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and techniques.
