What You'll Do
You'll support the planning and execution of field marketing events across India, GCC, SEA, and other global regions. Your work will span logistics, cross-functional coordination, on-site execution, and post-event impact measurement all with the goal of driving meaningful pipeline outcomes.
Event Operations & Logistics
- Support end-to-end planning and delivery for trade shows, conferences, partner events, and executive roundtables.
- Manage logistics: vendor communication, venue research, travel coordination, booth setup, branding, collateral, onsite execution, and teardown.
- Ensure demos, brand assets, and event materials are accurate, polished, and ready ahead of time.
- Partner with SDR teams on pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and structured follow-up.
Campaign & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams to drive attendee engagement and maximize event ROI.
- Manage attendee lists, invitations, email sequences, and follow-up cadences in HubSpot.
- Assist in evaluating event opportunities based on audience fit, strategic relevance, and cost.
Performance Measurement
- Track event metrics including leads, cost per lead, influenced opportunities, and ROI.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting inside HubSpot.
- Deliver clear post-event analyses with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accurate attribution for all field marketing activities.
Project & Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain the global events calendar and ensure timely execution across all deliverables.
- Support budgeting, vendor contracts, and invoice management.
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes.
You Should Apply If
- You have 24 years of experience in B2B field or event marketing, ideally within SaaS, technology, or fintech.
- You have hands-on experience managing trade shows, conferences, or partner events.
- You're comfortable using marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- You can work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with sales teams and vendors.
- You enjoy using data to guide decisions and surface actionable insights.
- You're open to traveling 2030% for event execution.
