Job Description

24 x 7 Shift Operations for Managed Security Services in supporting Anti-DDoS operations Expert in Troubleshooting DDOS platform related issues and customer integration issues.

Manage customer escalation.

Troubleshoot issues using defined process and standard methodologies and drive them to closure.

Communicate with customers over phone, email, and web portal to ensure issues are handled to their satisfaction.

Should understand and Identify network connectivity and routing architecture and propose solutions to optimize issues.

Perform deep packet analysis to identify DDoS/Cyber-attack vector and apply mitigation strategy Support customer communications to coordinate security posture and DDoS attack response.

Monitor and respond to all required operational support system events - Audit ongoing attack mitigation policies to identify tactical improvements.

Tune equipment configurations to apply unique attack response strategies.

Provide reporting improvements from the existing reports.

Perform telemetry analysis to identify new DDoS/Cyber-attacks or platform issues.

Interface with development teams to provide requirements that can be developed for integration with next gen portal interfaces.

Handle tickets through the internal tool within committed SLAs.

Working with Product, operations, and OEM on new feature.

Interface with vendors to resolve internal and customer reported issues in a timely manner.

Identify the capacity usage and propose capacity expansion strategies to gain performance to mitigate DDoS attacks and customer benefits.

Planning client onboarding and off-boarding.

Should have good knowledge and understanding of WAF (Akamai / F5 / Imperva are preferred).

Technical skills:

Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, Subnetting, Networking / Routing (BGP), ACL, NetFlow, IPSEC / GRE tunnels,

Good Knowledge in Cyber Security Landscape (including DDoS attack types, vulnerabilities, and preventive measures)

24.7 operations experience.

Good understanding on Risk, threat and vulnerabilities and preventive measures.

Candidates with Knowledge in web application vulnerabilities / attacks (OWASP), Regex, IPS Signatures, python scripting are preferable

Candidate should have hands-on in either of the Anti-DDoS products such as Arbor / Radware / Akamai / Cloudflare / Imperva Incapsula / F5, etc.

Good knowledge and understanding of WAF (Akamai / F5 / Imperva are preferred).

Strong knowledge in Networking security and Firewall.

Should have good communications skills (both verbal and written)
