Why This Role Matters
As a Associate Manager : Customer Success in the Merchant Success Team, you will be responsible for interacting with and managing merchant accounts. You will leverage data to drive conversion improvements, provide key insights, and indirectly contribute to improving merchant GMV.
You will work closely with the Customer Engineering, Technology, and Product teams to ensure merchant success and resolve issues effectively.
We are looking for Associate Customer Success Managers (ACSMs) who are excited to drive high impact in an early-stage startup and want to see their insights quickly translate into real actions.
What You'll Own
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants post onboarding.
- Handle queries related to the Shopify dashboard, policies, technical changes, and platform navigation.
- Provide integration support, especially during the first month after go-live.
- Liaise with Product and Tech teams to share merchant feedback and resolve issues.
- Help merchants understand Shopify workflows, RP modules (Return Policies or related modules), APIs, and other technical processes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with merchant partners.
- Stay updated on policy changes and platform updates to proactively support merchants.
Who You Are
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with brands and merchants across seniority levels.
- Willing to work beyond standard hours and provide weekend support when needed.
- Basic technical understanding of Shopify, Java, APIs, and dashboard functionalities.
- Prior experience in customer success, support, or Shopify integrations is a plus.
