Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven CRM professional to own and execute customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. This role will focus on improving customer retention, lifecycle management, and campaign effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end CRM marketing calendar and campaign execution
- Design and optimize customer journeys for engagement and retention
- Manage campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and In-app channels
- Lead execution of BAU campaigns and automated journeys
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Brand teams for seamless delivery
- Track campaign performance and analyze funnel metrics & insights
- Continuously improve customer lifecycle and retention strategies
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Lifecycle Management
- Hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar platforms
- Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
- Experience in B2C marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- High ownership and execution-driven mindset
