Designation: Assistant Manager - Costing
Responsibilities
- Preparing budget and review data collection and verification from respective departments.
- Budgetary control over approval of expenses and tagging each and every approval with actual budget approved.
- Collection of data to determine costs of business activity such as Raw material Purchase, Inventory, Labour, Electricity etc.
- Forecasting expenditures based on current and previous expenses or other appropriate factors.
- Reconciliation of Production data with actual production on daily basis.
- Preparation of SKU Costing on daily/weekly basis.
- Verification of Actual consumption data with System on daily basis.
- Connect with the Plant team and resolve the Variances in Consumption.
- Physical stock Verification on periodic basis.
- Verify and Control over the movement of Inventory in SAP.
- Ensuring appropriate accounting treatment of all transactions including stock transfer, Inventories and Intercompany transactions.
- Sound knowledge of costing, cost center, variable cost, fixed cost, etc.
- Comparing Standard with actual outcome and variance analysis.
- Verify and Control over the expenses booked in SAP.
- Prepare MIS as required by the management.
- Assist in Month end and Year end closing activities.
- Accuracy in Product Costing.
- MIS Reporting.
- Cogs Reconciliations.
- Accounting and Taxation Experience.
- Analytical skills required to compare the data and present to Management.
Qualifications
- AGE: 30-37
- QUALIFICATIONS BASIC: Graduation / Masters
- Professional: CMA (Preferred)
- EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of Post qualification experience
- LINGUISTIC: English, Hindi, Gujrati
Required Skills
- Hands on Experience of Budgeting & Standard Costing is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
- Result oriented approach, problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of SAP B1 would be an added advantage.
