About the Role :

As PVNA Group scales its manufacturing and clean mobility footprint, its CSR mandate has grown commensurately, in complexity, geography, and stakeholder expectation. This role is an opportunity to own the end-to-end CSR function for the Group: from programme design and community engagement to compliance documentation, fund utilisation, and external reporting.

The incumbent will serve as the primary interface between PVNA Group and its CSR beneficiaries, implementation partners, and regulatory stakeholders ensuring that every rupee of CSR spend is purposeful, traceable, and well-communicated.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual CSR plan in alignment with statutory requirements and organisational sustainability priorities.
  • Identify and implement CSR initiatives across education, skill development, environmental sustainability, animal welfare, and community welfare.
  • Conduct due diligence and onboarding of NGOs, implementation partners, and government institutions.
  • Oversee and monitor the execution of CSR programmes across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR provisions under the Companies Act and adherence to mandated CSR spending requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain CSR documentation including utilization certificates, Board resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams for CSR fund allocation, disbursement, and management of unspent funds.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and documentation for all CSR activities and expenditures.
  • Build and sustain relationships with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implementation partners against defined milestones and impact metrics.
  • Represent the organization at CSR forums, industry platforms, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure programme effectiveness and social impact
  • Prepare periodic CSR reports for leadership review and external reporting requirements
  • Support development of CSR content for corporate communications, sustainability reports, and stakeholder updates
  • Manage CSR budget allocation, vendor payments, and invoice clearance in coordination with Finance
  • Track fund utilization against approved CSR plans and proactively flag variances
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of CSR partners, vendors, contracts, and renewal schedules

Education Qualification :

  • Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability, or social sector programme management
  • Sound knowledge of CSR provisions under the Companies Act, including statutory compliance and reporting requirements such as CSR-2 filing
  • Proven experience in managing NGO partnerships, implementation agencies, and fund disbursement processes
  • Prior experience working in the non-profit or social development sector, preferably with organizations focused on education and/or environmental sustainability initiatives
