JOB DESCRIPTION -
- Acquiring new corporates and Institutions. To achieve Primary sales as per the sales target set on monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis.
- To achieve collection targets set on month-on-month.
- Open new industries / verticals to increase the customer base.
- Weekly visit to regular customer for client servicing.
- Managing corporate partners and guide them to deliver as per the business needs.
- Make visits to customers either alone or along with corporate partners as per the beat plan and service the customer requirement and meet their needs by providing solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives and BTL activities for specific corporates.
- Providing needed MIS and other information to the Sales coordinators and team.
- Highlighting any issues that the customer is facing if beyond his/her limits.
- Coordinating between customer and supply chain issues on order fulfilment.
- Update on competitor activities and other ground level developments in the territory and channel.
- To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products to corporate customer with product displays.
- To ensure the market vigilance to update knowledge about any new changes/entries/exists etc.
- Handling new product launch & tracking business and Market share.
- Drive the business to grow in both directions - Width & Depth

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales (Cookware background)
QUALIFICATION
Graduation from any field (MBA Preferred)
