Assistant Manager Corporate Channel to achieve the revenue & Volume Target. The role will run various programs, do segmentation, create value proposition and do product development to ensure we on board new clients for revenue and patient growth.
Role & Responsibility :
- Responsible for achieving overall targets.
- Plan the new corporate addition as per Segmentation and provide them value proposition
- Plan the GTM for the channel and execute it on field
- Working with Govt Corporate client to drive corporate sales in the assigned geographies to achieve targets
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads through the sales team
- Device strategies to increase Patient Base for the company through govt. corporate channel
- Responsible for sales negotiations with clients in the assigned geographies
- Visit Key Govt. Corporate Accounts to understand Clients requirements in depth
- Increase Client engagement through Engagement plan, Promotional activities & Product
- Monitoring sales performance with Corporate Sales Teams and strategize corrective action course
- Responsible for automation and digitization of corporate sales channel.
- Responsible for Payment Collection and timely settlement.
- Conducting on site and off site Health Check-up camps
- Responsible for Debtors Management and to maintain DSO as per Credit Terms.
- Responsible for Govt. Compliance/Circular management.
- Will have to Manage Administrative Work pertaining to Client Management.
Experience: 5-8 years
Qualification Background: MBA / Graduate
Prior Experience/Background: Experience in managing corporate sales will be preferred
