KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partnering(Corporate Functions)
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Corporate functions, from manpower planning to onboarding
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Coordinate with recruitment partners and agencies for timely closures
- Support HR Business Partnering activities including employee lifecycle processes and people initiatives
- Prepare recruitment and people MIS, dashboards, and insights for leadership
Campus Hiring (Management Trainees)
- Own the complete lifecycle of campus hiring for Management Trainee programs
- Build and maintain relationships with leading B-schools and academic institutions
- Plan and execute campus drives, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts
- Support onboarding and integration of Management Trainees
Employer Branding, EVP & Communications
- Lead projects related to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) articulation and refresh
- Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career pages, and internal platforms
- Create and curate content focused on culture, people, leadership narratives, and career journeys
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies on branding and communication campaigns
- Track branding metrics and recommend data-driven improvements
Employee Advocacy AmbitionBox & Glassdoor
- Drive employee advocacy initiatives to strengthen presence on AmbitionBox and Glassdoor
- Monitor reviews and ratings and coordinate appropriate, compliant responses
- Build internal awareness and participation while ensuring authenticity and ethics
Corporate HR Projects
- Execute and manage Corporate HR projects across areas such as EVP, branding, communications, onboarding, and HR transformation
- Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver projects within timelines
- Prepare project updates, leadership decks, and impact assessments
ELIGIBILITY
- 3-5 Years of Work Experience
- Must be a full time MBA- HR or similar relevant degree
