Internal Communications:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment.
- Partner with leadership to drive key business messaging and organizational updates.
- Create content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and internal campaigns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and cultural programs.
- Track communication effectiveness and improve based on feedback and insights.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram).
- Plan and execute content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to create engaging content.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and industry guidelines.
Content & Marketing Support:
- Support marketing initiatives with content creation and campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- Contribute to employer branding and digital presence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field.
- 45 years of experience in corporate communications or digital communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience in managing corporate social media platforms.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with communication and analytics tools.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
