Job Scope:

To manage operations at a transport branchcomprisingof planning and executing transactions. This involves vendor development, vendor management, FTL pickup, delivery, cost management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate end-to-end movement of project forward and return shipments, ensuring service levels remain above 95% across all transactions.
• Ensure timely milestone updates in the Transportation Management System (TMS) for real-time shipment visibility.
• Manage escalations related to delays, shortages, and incorrect deliveries to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with transport, warehouse, and cross-dock teams to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• Identify process gaps and drive efficiency improvements across workflows.
• Engage with the Project team to align on expectations and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly SLA reports for assigned customers.
• Guide and mentor peers and new joiners on systems, processes, and client management best practices.

Experience: Minimum 3 - 8 years experience in logistics management, with a background in customer relationship management.

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in any field.
