Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital content for the Africa regions. The role involves content ingestion, metadata management, and performance tracking while ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong MIS and Excel skills, with an analytical mindset to support data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data handling, or content operations.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic data analysis).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end content uploading and metadata management across digital platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate content releases to ensure a consistent pipeline.
- Maintain zero backlog for content ingestion, prioritizing key and high-impact releases.
- Take ownership of region-wise content operations (West & South Africa).
- Handle large datasets using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, etc.).
- Maintain and update metadata records with high accuracy.
- Generate and manage reports related to content ingestion and platform performance.
- Ensure content goes live within defined SLAs (24–48 working hours).
- Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.
- Manage timely submissions on RBT platforms and DSPs.
- Perform QC checks to ensure platform compliance and metadata accuracy.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in reporting, including RBT code mapping and ISRC mapping.
- Validate content as per internal and partner guidelines.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on ingestion, accuracy, and platform performance.
