In this role, you will work with large datasets, help analyze data to derive insights, and come up with solutions to specific client business problems. Aim to provide actionable data driven recommendations improving client business value and operational performance. Engage with senior stakeholders, lead cross-collaboration efforts to deliver projects and leverage visualization/automation/programming technologies effectively to drive outcome
.Manage a team of 5+ analysts to lead analytics delivery for CPG clients
.Relevant years of experience in Research, storyboarding and Insights for CPG retail
.Good to have exposure to one or more consumer/CPG datasets including POS, Consumer Panel, Survey or Social Media data
.Strong understanding of commercial operations and analytics in CPG & Retail domain
.Specializes in data analysis, business insights and market research
.Able to understand, evaluate, interpret, and visualize data
.Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
.Should be excellent with communication to manage clients.
.Should consistently deliver on time, high-quality and error free reports and analysis to the client
.Duties include all aspects of the day-to-day servicing, analytic support, client presentations.
.Manage and mentor team members
.Proficient in in-house/industry tools
.Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to immediate manager
.Utilize creativity in identifying new techniques and processes
.Should have ability to handle multiple accounts/Clients
.Should be able to handle project planning and effective client communications
.Contribute towards mentoring and training
.Any Postgraduate or BE/Btechgraduates
.Good knowledge of CPG/FMCG and acumen to analyze datasets
.In a FLM Role for at least relevant years of experience.
.MBA from a qualified institute
.Awareness of POS, Panel, Survey data, social media and industry analyses, knowledge on retail and FMCG/CPG industry.
.Exposure to CPG/Consumer data, relevant years%27 experience in similar domain
.Good communication skills
.Should have ability to handle large data sets in arriving at meaningful findings.
.Flexibility to work on critical projects with strict deadlines.
.Expertise on Office tools - Excel, PPT. Power BI knowledge an added advantage
.Personal drive and positive work ethic
.Ready to work within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
.Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments
