Job Description

Summary:

Support design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and reward analytics, Annual Bonuses, Compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
  • Support annual merit, bonus, and salary review cycles
  • Manage compensation structures, job evaluation, and pay positioning
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (incl. VBA, automation)
  • Experience in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and high data accuracy
  • Good understanding of compensation frameworks and market practices

Experience:

  • 57 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
