Support design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking, salary reviews, and reward analytics, Annual Bonuses, Compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Support annual merit, bonus, and salary review cycles
- Manage compensation structures, job evaluation, and pay positioning
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills (incl. VBA, automation)
- Experience in data analysis, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and high data accuracy
- Good understanding of compensation frameworks and market practices
Experience:
