Job Description

Main Accountabilities

• Handling compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, inter alia, including quarterly/half-yearly/ annual and event based filings with stock exchange, ensure compliance of corporate governance norms, updation of website, etc.
• Drafting of agenda and Minutes for the Board / Committee meetings.
• Preparation of Annual Report and assist in holding of general meetings.
• Handling all documentation pertaining to the Directors appointment, annual disclosures, etc.
• Sharing of data and handling the Secretarial Audit and other audits.
• Review of applicable policies under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Regulations.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory developments or other matters affecting the business activities, systems and controls and suggesting changes to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and oversee implementation thereof.
• ROC filings and incidental matters especially related to issuance of NCDs.

Qualifications & Experience

• CS with 1-3 years of experience in a listed company (Experience in NBFCs preferable)
• Good communication skills
• Good drafting skills
