JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct joint field work with KAMs/FLMs to enhance call quality, scientific communication, and in-clinic effectiveness.
Provide structured on-the-job coaching and territory-based capability development.
Identify skill and knowledge gaps through field assessments and create targeted action plans.
Strengthen coaching culture by supporting FLMs in people development.
- Classroom / Virtual Training
Conduct onboarding, induction, refresher, and capability-building workshops.
Deliver sessions on product knowledge, scientific communication, selling skills, objection handling, and soft skills.
Develop assessments, role plays, certification processes, and competency evaluations.
Create training modules and content aligned with business needs.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership
Align training needs and capability priorities with Sales Leadership and other stakeholders.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Commercial Excellence teams to execute training plans effectively.
Coordinate to ensure consistency in messaging, onboarding, and capability-building efforts.
Integrate field insights using SFE and other internal data sources into training strategies.
Analyse SFE dashboards (medium proficiency) to identify capability gaps and training needs.
Use data metrics (reach, frequency, coverage, call quality) to design training plans and monitor impact.
Prepare monthly dashboards on training effectiveness, capability progress, and field readiness.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction for new hires across assigned divisions.
Conduct territory immersions and support early capability building.
Ensure timely completion of certifications and readiness evaluations.
Additional Responsibilities
Support execution of capability-building projects initiated by Commercial Excellence or Leadership teams.
Contribute to competency framework updates and training calendar planning.
Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and innovative training methodologies.
Assist in the development of digital learning content and self-learning modules.
Qualifications
Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy/Life Sciences preferred.
Experience
Other graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
810 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with managerial exposure.
35 years of experience specifically in training and field coaching.
Experience in specialty divisions is an added advantage.
Exposure to Sales Excellence or Capability Development preferred.
Skills
Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Medium proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
