Job Title: Assistant Manager Collections

Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Collections supports in daily collection operations, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues, and maintaining healthy cash flow. The role involves team supervision, customer coordination, reporting, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments via calls, emails, formal notices & visit
- Prepare regular collection reports and present performance metrics to management
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts
- Track aging reports and prioritize high-risk and high-value accounts
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams on disputed or escalated accounts
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance collection efficiency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance report
- Track KPIs such as recovery rate, overdue percentage, and DSO
- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes professionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 36 years of experience in collections or credit control
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role preferred
- Working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Understanding of basic credit risk and collection best practices
