Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of existing and new client accounts

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns

Coordinate with SEO, SMO, Media Buying, Content & Creative teams

Track campaign performance, analytics, and reporting

Break down briefs into clear actionable tasks for teams

Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and client satisfaction

Support client retention, renewals, and business growth

Conduct competitor benchmarking and share strategic insights

Monitor account lifecycle and identify growth opportunities
