Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing professional to join our team in the vibrant and fast-paced event industry. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our clients and internal teams, delivering exceptional event experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Project Coordination:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, collaborating with internal departments such as logistics, creative, and production to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

3. Strategic Planning:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide strategic input to create impactful event solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our services to existing clients.

4. Communication:

  • Effectively communicate client needs and expectations to internal teams, ensuring alignment and clear understanding.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and post-event reports.

5. Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges during event planning and execution, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of client projects.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

7. Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client preferences to enhance our service offerings.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing within the event industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in event management industry.
