Job Summary:
Indialaw LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services professional to manage client communications, ensure timely collections, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MS Excel, CRM/CSM tools, and a strong understanding of legal or professional services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Collections:
- Contact clients to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to meet monthly and quarterly collection targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection status and outstanding accounts.
Client Servicing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and service history.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing client portfolios.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience in collections and/or client servicing roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in a legal services or professional services firm.
- Familiarity with billing and invoicing systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
