About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager Client Service (Mobile Marketing) to manage and grow relationships with our domestic advertisers and publishers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
mobile performance marketing and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with advertisers and publishers in the domestic mobile marketing space.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (CPI, CPA, CPL, ROI).
- Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery and smooth execution.
- Analyze data, generate performance reports, and suggest strategies for better ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell campaigns to existing clients.
- Stay updated with mobile marketing trends, ad tech platforms, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, or client servicing.
- Good understanding of CPI/CPA/CPL campaign models.
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms like Appsflyer, Adjust, Trackier, Affise, or Branch (preferred).
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
