Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Chartered Accountant Fresher, based in Chennai. The role involves collaborating with various teams to support financial reporting, audits, compliance, and tax planning activities. The Assistant Manager will assist with financial analysis and reporting, regulatory requirements, and client engagement. Additionally, the role includes working on financial models, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Qualifications
- A strong foundation in Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Audit Procedures
- Knowledge of Taxation Laws, Compliance, and Regulatory Standards
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Excellent skills in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Problem-Solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
- CA qualification (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
