Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler service, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management. Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager Butler or 2 years experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards. Vast knowledge of various cuisines, wines and dining standards. Butler training program certification will be an added advantage.
